Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Important: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not damaged or altered in any way

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
